Slow Food: Tak’s Homebrew photography and video

My latest in still photography and video documentation of the slow-food movement is about of Tak Abe, a local professional line-cook from Zuni, fine tuning a hobby of making beer from scratch!

This was shot with a Nikon D90. I have since upgraded to the Nikon D7000 so keep your eyes peeled for the intriguing HD videos and stills I will be producing. I thought the D90 was amazing little device,  but the D7000 blows its doors off…but enough about the technical geeky stuff…let’s pop the top of this brew and enjoy!

Find Tak Abe, try his homebrew…his Stouts are amazing. In fact, I recently premiered this piece at a business networking event on 4/20/11. If you would like to meet some San Francisco business players, please stop by on Wednesdays to expand your network of “go-to-professionals”…oh, back to the food. I brought a sample of the beer and gave it away as a door prize. I wonder if the recipient fell in love with this “Breakfast Stout” as much as I did.

Cheers.
